CYC is a series of varied and enjoyable fitness sessions designed specifically to help children aged between 8-16 years enjoy fitness activities and understand how to incorporate healthy choices and fitness into their lifestyles.
CSC comprises all facets of sports conditioning, to refine skills specific to chosen sports and really work on the mental capacity of each athlete.
