I came across this interesting report during the week. Obviously I am not a fan of the show or of rapid weight loss but the report is interesting. Note that once again it is mentioned how vital exercise is when it comes to weight maintenance. Also note that this report makes you aware of the difficulties involved, it doesn’t say that it’s impossible to loose large amounts of weight and keep it off, It’s just difficult. I have had the pleasure of helping a number of clients lose huge amounts and relatively large amounts of weight over the years and most have kept it off through consistent dietary choices and exercise.
