Youth Conditioning

cyc pic_600At David Lawrence Fitness, we have a fantastic fitness class for young people, Complete Youth Conditioning (CYC) which provides innovative ways to keep moving, improve fitness and have fun!

CYC is a series of varied and enjoyable fitness sessions designed specifically to help children aged between 8-16 years enjoy fitness activities and understand how to incorporate healthy choices and fitness into their lifestyles.

Classes cover all aspects of fitness including:

  • Speed
  • Power
  • Flexibility
  • Sports Specific Fitness
  • Preparation
  • Recovery
  • Running Technique
  • Diet
  • Hydration

Our sole aim is to get kids moving – and they love it!

Classes cater for all fitness and experience levels and from 12.50 per session, offer great value.  Training is conducted by a Qualified Instructor (since 1997) and current Level 2 Exercise Professional, Qualified Children’s Trainer, Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach (registered and insured through Fitness Australia and ASCA) who also holds a current Bluecard and First Aid qualification.

David Lawrence Fitness also arranges group programs on site during and after school hours.  At David Lawrence Fitness, we believe children’s fitness and health is extremely important and we wish to promote good habits and values for life.
