CYC is a series of varied and fun fitness sessions designed specifically for those aged between 8-16 years. The sessions cover all aspects of fitness including Strength, Endurance, Speed, Power and Flexibility as well as Sports Specific Fitness, Preparation and Recovery. CYC sessions also cover topics such as Running Technique, Diet, Hydration and Recovery. Sessions cater for all fitness and experience levels and cost $18 each.
